Hi! I'm Lindsey, the face behind Patty Cakes! Baking has always been a passion of mine, looking for any birthday, holiday or event to create treats for friends and family.  

I was an elementary teacher for 13 years before taking the plunge into baking full time. I have 2 girls at home who love to help taste test new flavors, it's tough work but someone has to do it!

Patty Cakes is named for my mom who we lost to cancer in 2011.  She brought fun and smiles to every room she entered and I hope to do the same with each treat I make! 10% of all proceeds will be donated to Gastric Cancer Research in her memory.
