How do I get my sweets?
Patty Cakes offers the option to pickup your order or have your order delivered for $5 (within 3 miles of Hamlin Park).

Where is the pickup location?
The pickup location is across from Hamlin Park (biggest intersection is Damen and Wellington 60618) the address will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

How are orders packaged?
Cake pops, Cakesicles, Oreos and Pretzels are individually wrapped and packaged laying down in a windowed pastry box. Cupcakes in a jar are packaged in an 8oz reusable plastic jar. For an additional fee, you can order a cake pop carrier that doubles as a display stand.

How do I store my order?
Cake pops, cakesicles, chocolate covered oreos and pretzels can remain at room temperature for up to a week. Cakepops and cakesicles can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks and 2 months in the freezer. Please note: refrigeration may create condensation once removed from the fridge and may affect custom designs, etc.

For maximum freshness cupcakes should be enjoyed at room temperature within the day and within a week of refrigerating.

Do you cater to intolerances or allergies?
Unfortunately, I cannot cater to specific food allergies. All treats are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts, so items may contain traces of these allergens.
